Save Interval Type
MC Command Center > MCCC Settings... > Auto-Save... > Save Interval Type
Select the time interval type for auto-saving frequency.

Set to Default Value: Real-world Hour
Pre-Midnight Alarm
An auto-save will happen prior to midnight each Sim Day, usually around 11:55 PM.
